Taos has been my home on and off since 1959. When I moved here from Ft
Worth, TX with my parents. This long exposure to the arts in Taos has
been an important force in my life as well as contributing to my
artistic growth.
As a self taught artist, I feel fortunate
to have known wonderful teachers and mentors, including Dallas, TX
artist Otis Dozier, Ft. Worth, TX sculptor Evaline Sellors and Taoseno, Ted Egri. |

Three dimensional work has always
been my are of concentration, I have enjoyed a variety of
media including, wood, stone, clay, wire and bronze. My main focus
however has been ceramic sculpture.
Currently I am experimenting with
combining clay with wire.

Recently I have
studied print making at the University Of New
Mexico in Taos. This has helped me with my transition into two
dimensional works. Fortunately I have had good gallery associations in
San Antonio and Ft. Worth, including Prado Contemporary which I co-own with Marcia Oliver. |
